How the plan works |
This is a confidential program designed to provide and/or refer members and eligible dependents for care or related services. The Trust also provides services for professional counseling and referral. |

Eligibility |
You and your eligible dependents are automatically enrolled for MAP benefits when you become eligible for other PSEA Health and Welfare Trust benefits (see "Starting Out in the Program" in your Benefit Booklet). |

What the plan covers |
No charge for the initial phone call or subsequent counseling sessions (up to a total of three sessions). If additional help is suggested, treatment may be reimbursed through your PSEA Medical Plan or other medical coverage. |
