The following chart lists the services and supplies covered under the hearing benefit for the Trooper Chapter, Airport Police and Fire Officers Chapter, Fairbanks Police Department, Fairbanks Fire Department and Juneau Police Department members, as of July 1, 2007. Refer to your Benefit Booklet for details, general limitations and exclusions

- Repairs, servicing and alteration of hearing aid equipment

| Limitations |
In order to receive benefits:

You must be examined by a licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) before obtaining a hearing aid, and
-
You must purchase a hearing aid device. |
